After speaking with Bobby initially, I never thought I would find myself in this position to write such a raw yet honest review of an unsuspectingly deceptive company. Bobby's counterpart, Brian, stole $700 in design fees and never produced a single kitchen layout for my review. Furthermore, they were informed of my time crunch to order my decorative glass yet dragged out emails, text, and phone calls for 4 months each time promising the sizes would be confirmed "tomorrow or soon". This delayed my remodel and shipment by several weeks and at a cost of over $7,000 to myself. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and I am awaiting their response.
