Extremely expensive, they quoted me a price for a generator (not including install) that was $950 above online retail. Further, they refuse service of any kind if you did not buy from them. Like buying a Ford out of town and having the local dealership refuse to work on it.

Our power went out and the generator kicked in so quick that the TV didn’t even blink!!! We have a 200 amp breaker and had two Air conditioners running, and it just kept humming along. I thought it would pull down under a load but it just humming along.
