Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

High quality material used and job was done to perfection. Only complaint I have is that they didn’t remove the bad gutter piece not needed by the basement door. 2/24/24 Update. Within a day they came back and replaced the bad gutter. Exceptional customer service and response time 🤗

The company is not trustworthy and did not call before coming out. They started the work even after I said to stop bevause I just had my gutters cleaned and decided to do it anyway and charge me $239, double what I had already been charged. Please don’t ever use them. Very misleading and not an honorable company. Now I have to stop payment with my bank even after I made it very clear to get off my roof and get off my property.

They constantly are months late on gutter cleaning, and they are constantly trying to sell you new services. They do a decent job cleaning the gutters, but some crews are a little rough on them

Total waste of money. Gutters were not cleaned even after calling and complaining. The folks that I have dealt with are super nice but just cant seem to deliver on the work. The Crew came back out and said they cleaned them. However, upon 2nd inspection, water is still standing as slush are the still in gutters.

Very disappointing. They showed up and spent less than 7 minutes on the job. Despite asking, they left without saying a word when they were done — no walkthrough, no communication at all. When we called to raise concerns, instead of addressing the lack of service, they told us we needed to replace all of our gutters — quoting us $3,200. We were also told that they don’t do partial repairs, only full-system replacements. I wouldn’t recommend them and won’t be using them again
