Ryan was very respectful, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the issue advised what was needed and repaired the dryer! I thought I’d otherwise need to replace it. Such a huge relief! I would definitely recommend! 5-Stars

Horrible horrible service. First of all you will NEVER get in touch with an actual human it’s all AI. I scheduled an appt for a fridge repair over the phone and of course the AI heard my address wrong. When I went to fix it online LIKE THEY SAID TO. I wasn’t able to edit the address. I then CANCELED and rescheduled and finally got an appt for 8am-12pm. I got a picture of the guy and where he was and that he was “3 stops away” when 12 o’clock came I refreshed the page and it says “1:45” okay no problem. I Check again and it jumps to 4:45! Thank god I’m off from work right? Anyway I refresh at 3:00 and the picture of the gentleman that was supposed to repair the fridge and the map of where he is is gone and it went back to the original time “8am-12pm” well guess what dumbos it’s 4:00 pm!! Ma

Michael was very knowledgeable and relaxed, he fixed the problem. Within three hours, our refrigerator producing ice. I honor a hard working man! Michael deserves a promotion and 10 star!! Kenneth called and came on time. He did above and beyond what he had to do. He fixed our Dryer and it worked fine. Robert also came on time, he finally fixed our refrigerator. Now we have ice and water. Thank you all for doing outstanding work!!

Although the Sears repair man was professional and complete a job in a timely manner. My freezer section of my refrigerator still isn't cold, and the ice maker doesn't make ice. This is the 6th or 7th attempt for this repair. I've been trying to get this issue repair since August 2025. Today November 7, 2025. I was told I had to have another virtual appointment on Monday. So can they set up another appointment for the repair. Today is 12/17/2025, on 12/16/2025, another attempt was made to repair my refrigerator. That attempt failed.
