For delivery drivers OTR, let it be known this place is going to be a long sit/wait, docked at 8am and they rushed at the end of their clock to rush me out the gate at 4pm. Never have had a worst deliver in my OTR career. Will not return to this location 0/10 recommend

OTR driver here. Delivered here. Had a rescheduled 0900 appointment. 6 hrs to unload, will not allow you to use their bathroom but company next door let me, bring your own smile because they don't lol. Only good thing was they allowed me to ovnp in their driveway entrance. Docking area tight but I've been to worse.

Worst place to come as a OTR delivery driver, expect to be here for at least 5hrs, poor management and unloading time is ridiculous. Over night parking is the only plus here, very limited at the most 2 trucks. Stay away if possible, or plan to end your day here because they will ruin your day with the amount of time you will be here. Thigh parking area but been to worst areas. I rate this place ZERO stars for the unloading process, appt was at 8am and it's already 1:00pm and theh still have about 70% to unload. Manager on duty no help at all!!!!

This company refused to take our credit card as a third party, when our service tech went there for a warranty repair part. Our service tech had to charge us an additional fee to cover the time he was out that money, which he fronted himself. This never should have been a problem, and we should have been able to pay P&N over the phone. This is not customer-service friendly, nor is it even friendly to service techs who get put in an uncomfortable situation with their own customers.

This place is unorganized they don't follow safety procedures they also don't care about their employees they listen to what other companies tell them P&N was bought out by Rheem but they still SUCK pickups take all day and when you go to the front counter they ignore you.
