Joshua deserves 0 rating. Stay away from him. Here is my experience: I hired him to build a french drain on May 27, 2016 to properly drain the water in my yard. He quoted $1000 total for a 70 feet long drain that connects to a creek. $1000 is payable upon job completion. On the night before the job started and the morning of job, he wanted me to pay $300 upfront, so I met him and wrote him $400 check upfront, I told him again that the drain needs to be 18 inch deep, fabrics at bottom with 3 inch gravel, pipe, and 3 inch gravel on top. He said yes to all. At the time I left the site, no material has been purchased and the ditch was small. I got text messages less than 1 hour later and Joshua said the job would be completed in less than 2 hours and he needed the other $600. When he

Absolutely the worst - I have a terrible floor which was installed and left unfinished - the contractor Joshua drove off in his car, refusing to pay the installer. Took my insurance money and ran away. DO NOT USE!!!!

Affordable work and did a great job I was impressed😀
