Andrew the owner was quick to answer my call for help. Came out right away understanding the unfortunate hot weather we have been having and my ac unit not working. He quickly diagnosed the problem gather the part needed and completed the service call promptly. I highly recommend Needham Heating and Air and plan to use them again.

I used Needham to install a new ac/heater unit in my trailer job well done so of course if something goes wrong with it I'm loyal and call him for a repair well here's what his man did while under my trailer causing a worse problem than when he got here paid him 150 for service call to break my air duct leaving senior citizens with no air an 89 year old woman all with bad hearts so would I recommend using them hell no call sabers they are very professional and well worth the money to fix it
