Neighborhood Cleaners

It is 7:33pm on Friday 1/11/19 their door says 8pm and they're closed. The staff is unfriendly. Go to another location! I've included the picture I took so when I go in tomorrow and complain I have proof. Seriously what kind of business are they running!? (No, there is no sign anywhere saying they're closing early)

I couldn’t have had better service!! As I was dropping off 2 blazers (one of which I knew had a missing sleeve button), I noticed the other had a broken button. I was offered a container of buttons to try & find a match with no success. Much to my surprise, when I picked up the blazers on time and looking great…BOTH blazers buttons had been replaced! Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I have used Neighborhood cleaners for years. I have found the service to be positive and responsive. The prices are competitive and I appreciate being able to drop off my shirts in the bag they supplied for me. I have never experienced a problem with the service. Turnaround time is within 2 days at the most. I can recycle my hangers. Keep up the good work.

Experienced very poor customer service and rude staff. I left 5 coats to be cleaned over a week ago, they called and asked me to pick them up but only had 3/5 coats ready. They called and asked me to come a second time and when I arrived the available staff could not locate my remaining coats. When I asked for a phone number to check on the status of the remaining coats they gave me the number to reach the same incredibly rude staff member who proceeded to hang up on my 2 times when requesting very reasonable questions (I.e. how I could reach a "Steve" to ask about th status of my remaining coats). Not only does this business not seem to be able to keep track of their customers belongings but are also unable to provide basic human decency when interacting with their customers. If I could

Have always had excellent service and never a complaint about their cleaning. I happen to like the pay ahead method, so if I have someone else pick up my dry cleaning is makes it easier. We knew a family who had their own dry cleaning business in the past, and it is amazing how many people don't pick up their cleaning and then they never get paid. I think Neighborhood Cleaners is wise to have people pay in advance.
