He explained exactly what he was going to do and explained some things that we should look into down the line should the doors start giving us problems. I appreciate those recommendations and feel like he was attentive to our needs. I would recommend.

I usually don’t give reviews unless the service is great. In this case I had to give a very negative review. Not for the work but for the rip off price. I called this company to repair my garage door opener. The coupling was broke. This is a part that I can buy for less than 15 dollars. Now first of all the repairman didn’t tell me the price up front. Oh to be fair I want to mention that he also tightened up the springs that keeps the garage open from falling when up. Now back to the review. About 40 minutes later he was done. He put the bill together, around $560 dollars. I said what is this and I was very upset due to the swindling was on. I told him this was way too much and I could have gotten a brand new garage door opener for around that price. He asked me what did I want him to do.
