Blake took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions honestly, and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. Huge thank you to NELA Roofing and Matt Hill for the amazing job on both my shingle and metal roofs! They did an outstanding job from start to finish. After being denied multiple times, Matt stepped in and guided me through the entire process—starting from the moment he knocked on my door, to meeting the adjuster on my roof, all the way through to the final installation and cleanup. Matt Hill with NELA Roofing deserves more than 5 stars! We’ve never had anyone fight so hard on our behalf. Our homeowner’s insurance initially denied our claim, but Matt refused to give up. He pushed, advocated, and made sure we were taken care of. Because of his persistence, we now have what feels like a brand new home! The roof, vents, gutters, exterior repairs, paint work, and more… He got things approved that I didn’t even know were eligible. He saved us what would’ve been tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. And the quality of the work is outstanding!
