From the moment Brandon provided the estimate, to scheduling, to the arrival of Tim and Brian and their 17 person crew. This team of professionals delivered! No additional, “hidden fees” no “up-selling” none of that. They simply showed up, told me what they were going to do each day and finished when they said they would. Zero clean up for us, nothing left behind, and most importantly a crawl space that looked, felt and smelled brand new. We are 100% satisfied. Would recommend without any hesitation.

I’ve dealt with a lot of different companies in the waterproofing industry and Nelon-Cole by far is the best company I’ve ever dealt with. The service was great, Mr. Nelon did a thorough inspection upon the first visit and set me up for an encapsulation, i had multiple quotes and the price was very fair compared to the competition. The crew showed up a few weeks later and were very professional and thorough. I am very pleased with Nelon-Cole and i can rest easier knowing my home is safe forever from future moisture and water issues. This company is highly recommended!

Nelon-Cole was fantastic choice. These guys showed up, worked hard and did excellent job with removal, remediation & installation as well as communication. Nelon Cole has been a great company to work with. They did crawl space repairs at my old house so they were the first and only call made for the new house. Brandon was quick to come out and complete the inspection. He had a plan together the next day to fix the problem but not cost me more than I needed to spend. He advised he priced as if he was doing the work to his house. Brian was great to work with onsite. He explained everything and answered any questions I had. Him and his crew did a quality job. With drain, dehumidifier, mold cleaned, and 12 mil vapor barrier our crawl space looks great and will no longer have to worry about water or mold.
