Nelson Mechanical Design

My experience was terrible. I recognize they have many good reviews of late. But mine was a situation where there was terrible communication by the company over a couple of years. Then in my attempts to resolve the issue they were unresponsive and at the end Brian Nelson did not give me the courtesy of a call, but merely sent a rude email. Apparently doesn't care if he gets a bad review.

Nelson Mechanical has been great. They communicate regularly via email, it’s been easy to get on their schedule, and they show up on time once scheduled. Their team is polite, answers questions, and has done quality work for us. Highly recommend

In the depth of winter the last thing we needed is for our boiler to fail. However, it did! We called our long time HVAC service, Nelson Mechanical Design (NMD) for help. With a 27 year old boiler, we were told getting parts might be an issue. Fortunately, the part we needed was still available from the manufacturer and with their usual commitment to their customers, obtained it with great speed and installed it 5 days ahead of the anticipated install date. The diagnostic and install crews were courteous, professional and informative, as usual, and we are warm again. Applause, applause for NMD!

Both my son and I have converted our homes using mini splits for heating and AC. Nelson Mechanical has been the electrical contractor for both projects. We have had excellent results in terms of our heating/AC efficiency. The quoted prices were competitive. Installation was timely and uneventful. The projector manager and installation technicians were extremely pleasant and competent. We would both highly recommend Nelson Mechanical.
