NEM construction did a great job for us on some foundation work - repairing/replacing concrete footers, disassembling/rebuilding stairs that had shifted away from the house, reinforcing/waterproofing the exterior of our basement wall, installing new drain tile, and replacing the concrete that had to be removed from the work area. Don (the owner) and Jim were thorough and patient with us - explaining the process, answering our many questions, quickly returning phone calls, and promptly scheduling the work. The guys (Rick, Billy, Brandon) were hardworking, conscientious, efficient, and worked well together to get the job accomplished. The price was fair and they did not charge us more even though some of it may have been more complicated and work-intensive than originally anticipated. We ar

Nem Construction did our basement about 3 years ago. They did an amazing job. We had two of our basement walls replaced as well as all new drain tile and back filled with rubber chips. We are so pleased with everything they did. Very professional and hard working guys. They even put all our landscaping back where it was when they were finished. They went above and beyond….Job well done!!!

We were extremely impressed with straightforward, highly knowledgeable way Don helped us with concerns and questions we had about our basement. Additionally he did not attempt to sell us a job that was not needed at this time like so many others have done. if and when we do have problems with the construction we will certainly call NEM Construction for reliable honest help.

Nem Construction was super efficient. Everything was done on a careful and timely manner. The owner and workers were very personable and informative. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.
