What an amazing store. Enormous inventory, skilled and helpful staff, great prices. The sheer extent of their inventory can be mind boggling at times. The very best way to buy, if you don’t need it immediately, is to wait for the factory demo days for amazing deals on brands such as Milwaukee. Also, sometimes can get deals on “opened package” goods. Still fully guaranteed. Most highly recommend.

Wow. Fantastic store. Never knew about The Gallery inside the store. I stopped in to pick up an on line order and was blown away by all the inventory.....and the employees I interacted with were VERY nice....and VERY efficient....

I had a great experience here looking for a replacement hinge to a kitchen cabinet. Our house was built in the early 90s and I couldn’t find this hinge (see pics below for reference) at any of the big box stores so one of the associates at these stores directed me here. Well, I’m glad he did because I was helped by a very kind sales associate, Susie, who was very knowledgeable. She looked at the pictures I had of the hinge and was able to identify it and then found a replacement in their back storage room. The storage room looked enormous so I am sure they would have many older and outdated hardware pieces for those people that are looking to exchange and not replace older hardware. Excellent service and selection of professional contractor grade tools and supplies. Very knowledgeable staff, full service department. Electrical and plumbing supplies. Not a discount "big box" selling strictly on price. My go-to for anything that needs to be high quality.
