Total sham. We ordered and paid in full for doors. After 8 months we STILL don’t have them and Robert has disappeared. No communication except for when we threatened legal action. Worst experience with a business ever. Don’t order. Save your money and frustration.
These guys (Bob) were super nice, promised to build and install a custom door and seemed like everything was going great. They took a sizable deposit. The day they promised to install came and went, and I haven't heard from them in months. No response to my many calls and emails. No return of the deposit. They just disappeared without a word.
