New Bedford Concrete Services

Horrifying- my patio is beyond repair. We hired Andre and his team to pour concrete and stamp for a patio design. They did come and do the job despite the many missed appointments. However, the concrete is not leveled and there are pools of water forming on top from rain. Andre offered to put in “steps” to cover the parts of uneven surface. (Contrary to our design ideas). When it came down to it we waited 3 months and still no response from the business. When driving to search engine provided address, there was so sign of a business residing in New Bedford. Not to mention their equipment and lack of care for my driveway left holes in the flat pavement from dropping. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Unbelievable that a business can be run this way.

The first time I called I actually spoke to a live person. I was set up almost immediately for someone to come see the job. Someone came out and that was the end of it. Called numerous times...left at least 3 voicemails and actually spoke to someone twice... Never heard a word back. So glad I couldn't hire them If this is how they treat potential customers, can't imagine how they treat their customers.
