John Amaral has been wonderful to work with- he identified an issue we had been dealing with, at our place of work, and took care of it right away with kindness, professionalism and expertise. Prompt, courteous service. Had questions about warranty and received answer in timely manner. Was able to schedule home inspection on the same day I spoke to technician. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable about are issues and made suggestions on how to prevent future problems. This has only been out second interaction with this company but would highly recommend. Happy customer so far

Spoke to Jonathan. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a friendly and great way to explain the steps necessary to get rid of these cockroaches. I just moved into a new place and there are the little roaches. He explained the next steps in an easy to digest manner and what I need to do so we can solve this problem. I had a problem with yellow jacket. My husband tried his best for a couple of days with no success. I called NB Pest Control and within a couple of days John was at my house. The next day I did not see one bee around. So nice, knowledgeable and super helpful for a reasonable fee!! Highly recommend!!!

John came within 2 hours of my call. He examined the outside and inside of the house. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and made a follow-up call in one week as promised. No second treatment was needed. Excellent service and I highly recommend!
