Finally a plumbing store where I felt welcome… Very patient and helped out a great deal , got me the parts I needed and were very pleasant to chat with! Will be coming back!

I recently visited New Bedford Plumbing & Heating Supply, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. I had some questions about finding the right fittings for my bathroom remodel and other miscellaneous house projects, and they took the time to walk me through the options, explaining the differences between various brands and installation methods. It’s clear they know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers. They were also extremely efficient—ordering and pickup were seamless, and they had everything I needed in stock. Overall, New Bedford Plumbing & Heating Supply is my go-to spot for plumbing supplies. Excellent service, great selection, and fair pricing—highly recommended!

The most racism I ever felt from a local business. Went there for a tool that online stated they had. Clearly did not want to give me service, as no one greeted me as clearly I’m a customer that just walked in. Then when one finally decided to acknowledge me proceeded to act as if they did not even understand the tool I was looking. Pretty sad that you can’t even support local stores with enduring racism. Never recommend this business

Horrible customer service. Told me my part was an exact fit. It wasn't. I brought it back and they wouldn't accept it. They told me it had already been opened. They opened it when i was there to show it to me. So i asked the guy who opened it and he got the manager who now told me they dont take returns on electrical parts. I put it beside the part i needed and knew right away it was wrong when i got home and got the correct part elsewhere. Three young guys working there just out of high school that sold me the wrong part and wont take responsibility. Then i was told the owner wouldn't talk to me.

Staff was very helpful (and patient) with me in finding some fittings and pipe. Also gave me some advice and confidence to tackle the repair project myself. Saved me alot of money. Awesome family run type business.
