Mr. Joe Lucas is a godsend. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had working heat again before our vacation. It sucks sleeping in a 48 degree house with no heat! We initially had a different company come out on two separate occasions (and they couldn't figure the issue out!). So I found this company. Joe Lucas at New Covenant Heating & Air came by and quickly diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes, which was very impressive. Mr. Lucas also made sure he could get us the part with overnight shipping to have to repairs done before our trip. And we have heat again in our house thanks to his expertise. I just like to share that I’ve been working with Mr. Joe Lucas owner of New Covenant Heating and Air since 1998. Since that time, I’ve been 100% satisfied with zero issues resulting from any repair that was made on my home system.
