New Design transformed our 70’s kitchen into a modern up to date kitchen with expertise and care for the work completed. Rick Dajos was very helpful with creating the design we were looking for. We are thrilled with the renovation of our master bathroom. The team at New Design did an excellent job transforming our 1965 worn out bathroom into a functional 21st century master bath. They took extra care to fix the underlaying problems with rotted floorboards and hacked up joists before installing all the new materials. While there were some issues as the renovation progressed, we now have peace of mind with all new plumbing and electrical, beautiful tiles and a modern toilet. I only wish we had done this 20 years ago.

New Design did an absolutely incredible job. Everything was handled with such professionalism, and I loved how they kept me updated every step of the way. Everyone who worked on my kitchen was so respectful, kind, and careful with my home. Anytime I had a question, wanted to tweak something, or wasn't happy with a detail, they responded immediately and made sure everything was perfect. I am completely in LOVE with my new kitchen! Choosing New Design was one of the best decisions we've made.

Bathroom remodels are a big and expensive job, and it was finally time for us to gut our master bathroom and do a total makeover. Trying to decide who to trust definitely created some anxiety. We didn’t want shoddy work, we didn’t want to be taken advantage of, we worried about staying on budget, and—our biggest fear—we didn’t want a project started only to have the contractor disappear for long periods of time. The entire team at New Design in Grand Blanc was fantastic (we live in Troy—they travel!), and I honestly can’t praise them enough. None of our concerns ended up being an issue.
