Highly recommend New Era, the whole team provided exceptional service from start to finish. My furnance stopped work right in time for the cold weather. Shay was very responsive and helpful, when I called in she was able to squeeze us onto the schedule same day Friday afternoon no less. Danny and Joseph got on site and attempted to repair but ultimately my furnance needed to be replaced. After exhausting all their options Danny provided my with a quote for a new furnance. Danny listened to what I was looking for and gave me the best deal he could find for my needs, and at no point tried to upsell me, very honest people. We had a main water supply pipe leak at 4pm on a Friday afternoon- I called New Era Plumbing & HVAC, a women answered she was super helpful and dispatched a plumber within 30mins Steve and Danny arrived, they assess the leak quickly had a plan together priced it out and fixed it within 45 minutes. Steve came by, gave us a reasonable quote and did an amazing job connecting our new sink and dishwasher! He finished up and everything in a timely manner and it was all done in a nice and clean finish! He knocked it out of the park!

We called New Era regarding a tenants furnace not working. It was freezing out! Robert arrived immediately to assess the situation. Unfortunately 2 apartment heating units were old, (like dinosaur old) and needed to be replaced. Neil, a super nice guy.. arrived within 15 mins to discuss which furnace would meet our needs and finance/cash options for purchasing. We decided to replace both units because the price made sense, and the paperwork process took about 5 mins. We never felt any pressure to buy anything. Installation was scheduled early the next day.
