Federico, the owner, has staff ranging from framers, plumbers, electricians, masons, roofers and more. It makes my flip projects easy to manage because I have one person to connect with to manage my projects. Federico makes sure work is being done quickly and to budget. Helen in their office stays on top of all of the administrative challenges, like permit applications and inspections. There are three things that stand out about NJBC. Their quality of work which you can see in finishes. Their flexibility, they are ready to address issues as they arise and do not kill me on pricing when those issues come up. T
