I found New River Heating and Air to be very professional and knowledgeable. The gentleman you sent out really knew his business, and he quickly found obvious issues with our gas furnace. He corrected the problems and we felt very confident in him. Thanks for such good service!

Excellent customer service! NRV Heating and Air made it to my house during the winter storm when it was about impossible to get around. Got me up and running with good heat. Then late evening had some more issues and they took my call at 8 pm. A technician called and done some troubleshooting with me over the phone to get me through the night. The next day they came back to my home to make sure everything was working properly! The technician could not drive up the driveway but walked to make sure we were taken care of!

Over the years we’ve never been quite satisfied with the services we’ve received from various companies. Did my research and found NRHA and got a quick appointment for winter maintenance. Our technician was Caleb and right off the bat he was doing and checking more things that no one else had in the past. Thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and meticulous approach. We have now found our permanent service and maintenance company.

Service was very good, making an appointment was very easy. They do let you know when they are coming. The only thing I think could be a little better is if you sign up and pay for the 6 month maintenance, you should not be charged for a return visit because something went wrong. My A/C company I use in Florida does a twice a year check up and if something happens within 30 days of the inspection they fix it free. Just a nice gesture and an incentive to perform a thorough inspection.

I love when Sean comes to maintenance my HVAC unit. I know that he is going to be thorough and make sure everything is working properly so that I don't have to worry about any issues. He's friendly and very respectful. I always know that I can trust New River to take good care of my HVAC needs 100%!
