Shawn was great! He spent a LOT of time with us walking through an inspection. He was incredibly thorough and happy to explain everything in detail as we peppered him with questions the entire time. Final report was very detailed and included everything we discussed during the walkthrough. We also received a radon test from Shawn. He did a great job, explaining results and even ran the test a second time over several days to make sure we had an accurate result.
