New Scotland Tile was hired to do a new tile floor for my home kitchen ,laundry room and bathroom….that is where the nightmare started. Tiles were 12” square and this was a new tile job over a new floor. The end view of the finished product was beautiful but soon turned VERY ugly. Grout started to loosen and pop up,tiles started to rock in place….total disaster. When I called the owner he initially did not return my calls. after a half dozen calls and threatening him with legal action he called back and said he’d come over some time and LOOk at it. After more calls he did arrive and proceeded to blame the problems on everything else but the incorrect installation he was responsible for.
