Ron and his son came to look at our A/C unit after Advanced Air told us we needed to replace the unit we bought from them just over 2 years ago. We had 2 service companies come look at our unit and both said we didn't need it replaced. We called Still because they deal with Goodman units. They were professional and knowledgeable and were able to repair our unit for a reasonable price.

We love Still AC! We have used them a few times over the years, usually calling on a whim and at odd hours when the unit decides to stop working in the heat of the summer! They are easy to work with for scheduling and quick ti diagnose/repair.

Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a “professional” in my life. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I called to make an appointment. He refused to explain to me what the problem was and just expected me to believe it was fixed. I would absolutely not recommend anyone use this person for any reason.

Called early, talked 2 Ron. He said he would get back 2 me. 6 hours later still had not heard from him. Called 2 see if I could get a time estimate, got his service. He called me back yelling 2 stop calling as it was annoying & then he hung up! Called some1 else.

To give this individual a one star rating is too much. I personally want to give him a good punch in the face. Rude, non professional, and arrogant is putting it lightly. My mother in law only needed her a/c recharged and he gave her an attitude and hung up on her. Jerk!!!
