They sent someone on time, which is nice, but the mechanic installed a new pulley system that's more than what a typical garage needs (in strength and in cost). The pulley worked for half and hour, and the door broke again the next day. But the mechanic did not offer to do a free follow-up; instead, he tried to sell us more parts. The "repair" also made our garage door worse because the mechanic lubricated / greased the tracks in the garage door, creating some serious debris build-up in the tracks.
