New Windows for America

Three months ago, we replaced 23 windows. The salesman explained the process thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand.The windows were installed without marking or damaging any of our trim! Two days ago, our furnace needed repair and we were without heat for over 12 hours. It just happened to be on a day where the outside temperature fell to 34°. Even though we went overnight with no heat, it was 60° in our home the next morning, due to the great quality of the windows! And did I mention that they look beautiful as well!!!

I had new windows and a complete siding redo. Every step of this project was better than I expected. The initial sales aspect was informative and low pressure. The project started in a timely fashion and proceeded on time. This company coordinated with my roof contractor to ensure the whole project went smoothly. The workmen were professional, and their results are fantastic. The work manager and company owner visited me several times to ensure the project quality and my satisfaction. They paid attention to details that really show off the quality of the work.

From the start, our interaction with Windows America was a positive one. They have a great product at a fair price. We replaced all our windows and two patio doors. When the team came out to replace our windows and doors they were very respectful and honestly did a great job. In fact, there was a minor flaw with a window screen. The installer had caught it and got a new one ordered right away. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We have since thoroughly enjoyed our windows and what a difference they have made.

I found Rudy’s post on Marketplace, inquired about shower door and glass installation. He promptly responded and came to take measurements, gave me a very reasonable estimate and a week later installed the shower doors and glass. They were upfront with their pricing, professional when they visited my house and great at communicating timelines, cost, and details. Jeff was the installer and did a phenomenal job on the install.
