Called requesting service for an auto lockout. I was given a 30 minute time frame on when they could send a technician out to me. I received a call from an unknown number saying the technician tried to call me when I didn’t receive any call. Waited again, no call back, called the main number again, the rep told me the “technician” moved on because I didn’t answer the calls when I received no calls. The rep said there’s nothing he can do and was unprofessional. Seems like a scam service just to collect info.

Called for an emergency lock out. Was quoted 20 minutes. Called to check in at 25 minutes, was inform I had the time wrong and to wait another 5-10 minutes before I should call them again if the tech still wasn't there. I asked if they could call the driver to get an ETA and when I asked to hold while they found out, I was hung up on. It only got worse from there. Ended up cancelling the call and going with someone else who was on time and courteous on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very poor customer service.

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. The first time they came my car keeps saying no key so I had to call them again they came and gave me another key for $286 both times and that key says no key on my car all the time I asked both X do I need a battery both times they said no decided to buy a battery anyway it's working a lot better but it still says no key A lot of the time. I'm thinking about suing them in small claims court. They may have sourced it out the people that charged me is called Jobox the side of the work an said FUN.
