Jeff Johnson seems like a nice enough guy and he'll tell you everything he thinks you want to hear BUT BUYER BEWARE he has cut corners and done some patchy work in the past. If he seems in a rush you may want to give him some time and check out his work before you find out his true colors down the road after it's too late.
