As another long-time customer at Newport, I've had a different experience with Jolly Patel. I've observed that she handles challenging situations professionally. Dealing with people who disregard company policies can be taxing, and I've witnessed her managing such instances with patience and diligence. While I'm sorry to hear about negative encounters, I've personally found Jolly to be approachable and willing to assist. It's possible that experiences can vary, and I hope that any concerns raised can be addressed constructively to enhance the overall customer experience. The female staff (Jolly Patel) in the office is very rude, impolite, and unprofessional - absolutely unpleasant human being. She showed a really bad attitude when I try to communicate with her about my requests and had no interest in listening to me. I personally don't understand why there were a bunch of five start reviews around the same time (6 months ago) saying Jolly Patel is nice. She is the absolute opposite of nice during the three encounters that we had. I am a tenant at Newport rental, so I have no choice than bearing with her since this SP parking runs a monopoly at the parking facilities at Newport.

Jolly was very helpful during my experience at the garage. I was having trouble with my cards while making my payment and she was more than happy to help me out. So grateful for all of her help. It was so pleasant to have someone so kind help me out.

Can't say enough good things about Ms. Lopez, and how easy/efficient she made this process for us. I expected to be there an hour, but she made it super easy and took care of everything for me right on the spot. Thank you very much, Ms. Lopez!

The male manager, not the two ladies, is very awful. Not to mention the attitude he had, you can never find him in office. I’m here for three times to get in contact with him and finally meet. I’m wondering where he is during his paid working hours. And he is not answering the phone which is given from the customer service. He says that the phone number is not his, but who know ;) funny little man
