Decent parking for the shopping mall. Wish it was free for a few hours or with validation of purchase but $5 for 3 hours is pretty reasonable. They also offer longer term parking but I don't know how safe it would be given I hardly ever see anyone patrol this area. Part of the lot is also dedicated for a rental car company to house their fleet so you gotta be carful to not park in this spaces or you might get towed.

If you're looking for monthly parking, this is the cheapest garage in town for a reason. The owner and I got into an incredibly dumb argument because I paid my second month's rent three days late. He charged me a $50 late fee and cancelled my parking pass. He made getting the replacement pass so difficult that I just cancelled the second month altogether, and he refuses to issue a full refund. My car was also constantly filthy because there was so much dust in the garage from ongoing construction. If you care at all about your car, look elsewhere.

I park here all the time and it seems fine. There are definitely cars that have been parked here forever as evidenced by the dust. I've heard of break-ins and damage, but I've never had any issues. Hoping this remains true.

The garage is there to serve its purpose however trying to find the rooftop was like trying to find a needle in the haystack. On top of having to pay for parking for an event I attended, I was bit disappointed. Everyone has to make money, but I had a decent experience, in the sense I parked my car and had easy access into the mall without issue.

Reasonable parking charges in Jersey City area, that too in Newport Mall. 5$ for first 3 hours and 15$ for first 6 hours. It’s easy to pay through the machine, Credit card tapping option is available, only problem is during rainy days, many parking spaces leaks during rain.
