Louis spent two days in my home recently working on a tub to shower conversion in my main bathroom. He arrived promptly on time each day, was extremely professional in his demeanor, performed his work diligently while keeping me constantly informed of what was happening, and managed to be very affable and unobtrusive in the process. The owner rammed my pickup today after stopping to let me turn into my doctors office, then claimed he was going with flow of traffic and I cut in front of him. He is dishonest. This was witnessed by another driver. Very sad.
