Nex Move - Hilton Head Island

Just finished using NexMove for two separate moves and they were absolutely amazing to work with both times. The crew was on-time, professional, polite, and handled all of our items with care. Everything made it safely to its destination. I don’t want to have to move again for a while but when I do, I’ll be calling NexMove!

They did a great job in moving us from Hilton Head to Wilmington, NC. They responded quickly to give us a very reasonable estimate and Deborah responded promptly to my questions about the moving. The day we moved they brought a crew of six and loaded our three bedroom house furnishings in about 4 hours. The next day the unloaded with a crew of 4 in less than 4 hours. Very efficient and we were particular pleased with Desmond and Marshall, who not only worked, but were extremely polite and friendly. The final costs were in line with the estimate they provided.

Deborah and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and excellent to work with. We recently needed to move a family member which required downsizing. They were caring and compassionate with our family member which made a very stressful situation for him a much better experience than we could have hoped for. Everything was packed and moved without incident and they took great care to provide white glove service. Excellent customer service and great communication!

We used NEXMOVE in September 2024 to move us from Sun City in Okatie to our new home on Hilton Head island. The company was very responsive to our needs and provided a reasonable quote to do the work. The crew that came was very pleasant and helpful and had us moved in under 6 hours. As the move was done well within the quoted budget, NEXMOVE agreed to assist us to move the contents of our storage unit in Okatie at a later date within the original quoted price. This work was completed in October 2024, and the crew was again very pleasant and helpful in getting us situated. We have been very pleased with our NEXMOVE experience and would recommend them wholeheartedly for a move in this area.

I have to start by saying: this is my 11th home… my friends call me a professional mover, lol. With that said, using NexMove enabled me to have one the easiest moves I have ever done. Their prices were fair (there were no hidden costs), communication was never a problem, and their staff was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. They also offered additional services: boxes, wrap, packing labor etc. to assist in packing everything up. We just moved off of Hilton Head Island. Our move was split into two trips (logistics on our end), and I did not HESITATE to use NexMove (Jack and Marshall staffed both) for both trips! Zero complaints!
