Always like working with these folks. Very professional very friendly and will give you the best price. Had additional vent put in sunroom, & they fixed one that was put in previously that did not work too well! Omar and Eric are great to work with. They do a good job and are wonderful about cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them!

Nexgen Comfort Services has amazing employees and office staff. Omar and Eric came out and fixed my ac unit which included adding a register to my daughter’s room. They took their time and did a wonderful job. They were careful and respectful of my home and cleaned up behind their work, and left no mess behind. The office staff was so kind and worked with my schedule and helped me with each step of the process explaining everything I was nervous about. I would 10/10 recommend.

This company is legendary! They are quick to respond, professional, ethical, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care. I had a service tech in route to my home to fix my furnace and his truck broke down. Crystal who was amazing, called to let me know that another technician would be there soon. It was only hour later and Alexander came to save the day. He put shoe covers on to protect my flooring, he fixed the problem quickly and answered all my questions. I will be getting an annual maintenance contract with this company. It’s hard to find ethical, professional and knowledgeable contractors you can trust in your home. They have me for life! 10 out of 10!! Thank you!

Just had both my downstairs and upstairs units replaced a few days ago by NexGen. Ryan was great in explaining the various options and made me feel extremely comfortable with the options we ended up choosing. The techs (Omar, Michael and Eric) that did the removal and install were very professional and did a great job. They were even extremely accommodating to the fur babies that instinctively took the to supervisory role they were born to play. I would 100% recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. 10/10 because 5 just doesn't cut it.

I have an old furnace in my house that was put in February 2001 and it stopped heating on me so I call the warranty company And they assign Nexgen comfort services to check on the furnace. The specialist that came out was Cotey Cross And he troubleshooting the furnace ordered the parts and now the furnace runs just like it was brand new again. Cotey was very respectful and friendly and if you ever have a problem with your system, heating or cooling call NexGen and ask for Cotey.
