We had another company out and they charged us a lot and within a month the unit was down again! We called Ray Roberts and they came out found the real problem set us up on our warranty and had it fixed we are up and running and I highly recommend them! Budget friendly they even have financing if you need it. Professional and friendly. I appreciated the straight forward pricing it always scares me when I don’t know exactly what I’ll be expected to pay. So I’m very happy all around with this company!!! Chase did outstanding work and because of his professionalism and honesty we will sing Ray Roberts praises!

Last week I called Ray Roberts Service, LLC to obtain a bid to update my old, inefficient air conditioner and heating systems. I received a callback and set an appointment with Chase Sloan, who did a thorough review of my home and potential areas for improvement with my HVAC system. Chase was professional, courteous, engaging and friendly. He presented me with two separate system update quotes for consideration as they included all possible discounts for senior citizen and veteran consideration. He gave me the latitude to take a few requested days to review the quotes and discuss them with family without any pressure to make an immediate decision. On Monday, November 17, I called Chase with a couple of questions about the quotes and a request for clarification on the scope of work. H

Zack came to my place within hrs of calling the office!! He was very proficient, polite and pleasant to deal with. He found two small problems either my system, dirty filter and loose duct connection to my outside unit, and fixed them both quickly!! That took care of my low heating problem. He just charged me the consultation fee!! I was very pleased with the whole experience. Will for sure use them for any future A/C problem!

My experience with Ray Roberts was amazing, from my initial call to the completion of service. Shelly, very polite, took my information and set up a service call. It was only 30 min later she was calling back to inform me a service tech was on his way. Zach arrived 10 minutes later. His pleasing personality set me at ease from the very beginning. He went right to work checking the furnace unit and thermostat before going out to the A/C unit. It wasn't too long before I could feel the difference in temperature. An hour later he was finished. An infestation of ants corroded a component, which had to be replaced. I can attest to his knowledge and ability for his job. Total time from call to completion time was under 2 1/2 hours.
