I’m going to be honest if you have a septic issue this is the one to use no doubt about it. This company is absolutely AMAZING! I called about a month or so ago for what i thought would be a collapsed tank as that’s what other companies had told me. However that was FAR from the case Twisted B septic saved us $10,000 worth of unnecessary fixing came out the next day and fixed the issue. I called them again yesterday 03/03/2026 to get on the schedule for a septic pump they came out 8:30am pumped it and even went above and beyond what I called for and fixed other things with our septic that needed to be done.!! They stayed in contact every step of the way and even gave great advice on future issues. I will not be using anyone else beside Twisted B Septic! My go to company for septic the num

Richard came to our rescue on a Sunday, got us a quick fix until he came back the next day and had us flushing in no time. He was very prompt, kind and honest. I was desperate and he could have easily over charged me and I still would have gladly paid any fee, but he was able to give us a VERY reasonable invoice. 10/10 recommend

Richard was great! Came out same day I needed him and he worked his butt off to get to my septic. He was unreasonable on price either. I would definitely recommend.

Our septic started acting up on a weekend. Being new to town we had no idea who to call. The wife started googling & calling numbers & was told by other companies that their guys don’t work weekends & they couldn’t get to us until Monday. Once she got in touch with B&B Richard was courteous, kind, extremely respectful & assured us he’d be right out & was very informative over the phone on what to do with the system until he arrived. Showed up when he said he would & was extremely professional & even walked us through exactly how our system worked. He discovered our pump had gone out & informed us exactly what needed to be done & what he was going to do to fix it. He said what he was going to do & did exactly what he said. Very honest & professional man that was an honor to do business with
