NEXGEN HVAC is so thorough, friendly, and extremely professional. Ryan came out and provided me with an estimate that day, showing me all the different options I could choose from. I was just thinking of a basic package/ unit, but I didn't realize all that exists. I chose an elaborate package, and they came out the following day and installed it with two crews. The heat and cooling were functional that day. The crew were all friendly, polite, and cleaned up the space they worked. Their work was beautifully done, and I am EXTREMELY happy. We needed our 50 year old furnace replaced. Garrett and Carlos G. were the first two to come out within the hour. They were so professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. They gave us a great deal on the new unit. The were able to schedule us the next day to have our new unit installed. Danny and Ricky were the installers. They too were so professional. They showed up earlier than expected and got going right away. They all cleaned up before they left. All 4 men were so personable and great to talk to. Excellent service from this company. Starting with Luke, who came to inspect and give us an estimate - he was knowledgeable, efficient, straightforward, friendly and approachable. He answered all our questions, provided sound suggestions, and worked with us to achieve what we needed. The installers were thorough, friendly and efficient. The installed heater made a strange noise at first, but the company immediately sent service out the next morning and promptly fixed it. We are very happy with this company and their services!

The technician Jose arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me with a thermostat sensor to address the uneven temperature between my upstairs and downstairs. He also told me which air filters to buy that would be best for my system. He was very professional and cleaned my hvac unit and brought it up to code. I would recommend NexGen HVAC and plumbing to my family and friends in the future.

Very Thorough. Careful about not tracking dirt in. Explained everything. Expensive additional work add ons which I didn't get. Inspection is a monthly service fee, which was a reasonable price but would rather pay a one time service fee, rather than a once a month fee. Suppoesedly easy to cancel.
