Chris started my five star experience over the weekend when he answered his phone in a friendly and professional manner. After speaking with him and describing my water heater leaking issue, we chatted on a personal level for a couple of minutes. I knew right away - this was the company I wanted to do business with. Chris thanked me and said he would have me serviced Monday afternoon (today). Danny contacted me apologetically stating he was a little ahead of schedule and he wanted to stop by. I called on a Sunday for a non-emergency plumbing issue to see if I could schedule an appointment on Monday. Chris answered immediately and provided helpful tips to prevent any damage to my water tank until my appointment. He scheduled me for an early morning appointment. Danny and Michael arrived promptly and provided a call before hand confirming their arrival time. They were both professional, considerate of tracking snow into my home and were able to figure out and fix the issue in a short amount of time. I will definitely use them again in the future. I needed a shut valve installed in our condo (in an older complex with challenging plumbing). Danny and Chris were extremely helpful in both investigating my options and providing the best solution on my very limited budget. Rance did great work. The NexGen team helped my inlaws out recently. They had a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling (abandoned solar heat). They showed up the next morning and had it fixed/bypassed in less than an hour. They were efficient, courteous and very prompt.
