Everyone I dealt with in management and the office was outstanding in communication and documentation. I had a bad experience with another roofing before this. It left a bad taste in my mouth. OUTSTANDING company to work with and I cannot express enough how fantastic it was to work with our rep Ricky Fernandez. The entire organization was on top of the project and communicated status updates throughout the process. Ricky went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and we were actually able to upgrade to an even better shingle within our budget. He even helped us get a new wind mitigation so we can shop our insurance! Now we have a beautiful new roof and we couldn't be happier. Run, run away as fast as you can. I was lied to from the beginning by the sales rep. Then I was offered all sorts of shady loans. The project lagged a bit in timing. It wasn't enough for me to usually complain about, but when considered with everything else, I think they poorly planned. The dumpster wasn't delivered the day before the reroof as scheduled. The next day, the day work was scheduled to begin, I got a phone call notifying me that the work would be delayed until the next week because of inclement weather. "We don't want to tear off a roof in the rain," was the voicemail. There wasn't a cloud in the sky that day. When they started work, we were expecting thunderstorms. It did rain A LOT during the process. Hmmmm ..... The first day the roofers were here, there was no dumpster

Next Dimension built my birdcage with panoramic screens. They did a fantastic job. All three brothers were always available when I called and constantly in touch with me. I am very happy with my final result! I have now decided to have a new roof next year and I will be calling them.
