NGI Elite Construction

NGI built a new deck on our house to replace an old one that had fallen apart. They did a great job with the quoting, giving us different options and fair prices. They showed up on time and did quality work. Their experience was a major help while we navigated the project, since we hadn't ever taken on a project like this before. Two issues came up. First, there was language in the quote that wasn't totally clear about the materials for one part of the deck, which wasn't clarified until halfway through the project. Also, there were some design choices that we probably would have done differently, but they didn't consult us about it. This is partially due to our lack of knowledge about all the aspects of deck design, but we would have preferred to be involved in the decision. But overall,

Tito, George and the team took down our previous deck, came up with a great plan, and built an amazing covered deck. They shared a wide range of ideas and welcomed ours as well and just made it work. Our previous deck was sinking and was not properly built (not NGI who built the original). This is a masterpiece - ceiling fan installed, lights, drink rail, matched the siding and shingles on our house to the deck roof perfectly. I can't say enough about NGI Elite. Professional and respectful team that comes in and not only gets it done right, but also gives you something your neighbors will be envious of.

We recently had our deck remodeled by NGI Construction and couldn’t be happier with the results. Tito was very responsive to my initial email I sent out to get an estimate and gave me a timeline of when he was to start and I believe they even started a week early! The entire crew were polite and kept the space organized. Tito & George were was so patient when I wanted some minor changes as the remodel began and they suggested something else leading to an even better result! We spend almost every evening out on our deck, it’s so comfortable and beautiful.

We used NGI Elite to build a new covered deck (replacing an old, much smaller one) and couldn't be happier. Tito and his crew were so knowledgeable and came up with great solutions for our project to give us exactly what we wanted. The materials used were top quality and the finished deck is better that I could have imagined. The entire crew worked tirelessly throughout the project and were considerate and professional. We can't recommend NGI Elite enough.

This is a job that began as a deck repair. As they uncovered more issues, they would show us just what they were seeing and explain their concerns. It got to the point where we decided to go for a whole rebuild rather than multiple repairs down the road. The other quotes we got were for a repair so I honestly don't know where they would've landed price-wise compared to others. To be honest, they were not the least expensive quote for the repair, but their plan for how to repair it was better. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism.
