Mike and his team were fantastic to work with, very responsive and professional. From design through install we were thoroughly impressed! Install took less than 4 hours and the guys were great at answering any w question we had. Would highly recommend to anyone! We love our new pantry! Completely revamped our space and exceeded our expectations!

We are building a new home, and we had Organizing Options install new closet systems in our Master Walk-in and bedroom closets! Mike the owner walked us through the initial design, and was extremely helpful in understanding our needs! On the day of install, Mike’s crew called to advise that they would be arriving shortly! Once they arrived they immediately got to work! They did a great job, and everything looks great! The crew was fast and efficient, polite and they cleaned up everything before they left! I definitely would recommend Org. Options for anyone looking for custom closets! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We could not be more pleased with our new closets! The consultation with Cindy was fast and easy, we got our designs within days, and scheduled install about 4 weeks out. The process was so smooth and painless. We were on the fence about whether we would do two closets at a time or save one for later but the prices were so good we went with both. The tear down and installation teams were efficient and friendly and they even came back to change a section of the closet the next day when wanted to have the system go all the way to the wall. I can’t recommend them enough!

Lazy and unreliable Owner and general manager of Organizing Options/CabinetWorx quoted an estimated installation time given scope of project of 2 weeks. It took them 4 MONTHS to complete the project due to pathetic excuses like construction being done on the street (delivery vehicles had no problem getting in and out of street), forecast of snow (school buses were running, mind you), or frequently, no excuse at all being given. When they would send their workers it was only two and it would be for one day a week, only twice did they come two days in a week. When they came, they would only work from 9a-1/2p. Of course nothing productive can be done in a timely manner with that lazy and unreliable work schedule. Incompetent The owner himself came out 4 separate times to take ‘final measurem

Mike, the owner, was great throughout the entire process. He designed our closet easily and was very transparent. He gave us a tour of the office and warehouse where everything is made. It was very cool and shows his passion for the business. We wanted wood throughout the closet, which waa surpisngly right at our budget. Dylan, the young man who installed the closet was quick and efficient. There was an issue with a part of the closet. However, he drove back to the warehouse which has an hour and a half away. He came back and completed the closet, in about 30 minutes. We have been fully satisfied with our purchase and this process.
