We have had a great experience with NGN Fiber. They are a great company with good support. The only issue we've had is when a construction company cuts a line. You can't blame that on NGN Fiber.

Our account was cancelled today without our approval today as a business customer because my business partner had a few “choice words” for our sales man that sold us on the worst so called fiber i have ever had! My husband has been in IT for 25 years and was shocked to see how they ran this “so called fiber” it dropped multiple times every day all day. And every time we attempted to get it fixed they blamed it us our our router or our equipment. Well we bought a new router today because we have been without any fiber for 3 days now but it’s still our fault some how. And no urgency to get it fixed. We have been completely down now for 3 days and no one out until Monday. Then we were cancelled! Nice! Good riddance! Oh and they over-billed us for 5 months. I guess a mother hired her

Had the greatest fiberoptics internet we have ever come across in our previous house in Mt. Airy, GA. Only complaint is that service is restricted to the city limits. After moving to Clarksville, closer to the office, we are outside city limits and they want lots of $$$ to run the internet to the rural areas. Wish I could get the grant provided by Governor Kemp and get high speed internet out to those customers who are being left with slow DSL like Windstream.

Very disappointed in the response time and communication with NGN.. Took me 2 months and 6 phone calls to finally figure out that they were unwilling to service our area. Very unreliable company.

They won't call back. I know it takes so much effort to call someone back,and let them know if they can help you. Stay away from this useless company.
