The crew was excellent — fast, efficient, and professional. But the driver (who was also the person in charge) was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He showed up early, talked down to me, hung up mid-call, and acted like he ran the place. On top of that, he smoked constantly and kept using my bathroom — multiple times at both homes — even for long visits that were clearly not quick breaks. He was the last to use the bathroom before I left my old place and the first at my new one. Absolutely disgusting behavior and zero respect for customers.
