Nickle's Flooring

Bruce Nickles charged us over 100 square feet of carpet over the required floor space to be covered. Which amounted to several hundred dollars. Bruce said he would be doing the install in a couple weeks. In around 6 weeks later he sent out a sub-contractor to do the carpet install. The sub-contractor install guys were somewhat inconsiderate. They did things as if it were their home without asking first. Like taking over the kitchen to prepare their lunch meal, turning off our TV, taking rocks out of our rock garden to scotch their trailer tires, etc. The craftsmanship in the install is less than to be desired. They left visible carpet seams throughout the house. Pictures enclosed is of the carpet seam that goes across the living room floor. I have to look at that friggin seam every morning

What a great business, and the owners are so personable. If you're ever lonely, stop in the shop just to talk, you won't regret it! We had priced a lower quality carpet at a local Big Box store and were surprised at what they were going to charge us. Nickle's provided much better carpet at a fraction of what we would have paid. The installation was flawless, and the installers were great. The whole process from start to finish deserves 5 stars! So glad my husband was insistent on shopping "local"!

No business with me my tail end. Attached is the original invoice for reference. Also adding a screenshot of the Facebook message they claim they didn't receive. Just goes to show how little integrity these foul people have. This company does not respond to messages sent via their Facebook page. Our designer ordered the wrong floor from them. Upon calling to find out about a return / exchange policy, the man who answered the phone said, "we have no return policy to speak of" and "we won't get stuck in the middle" and then he hung up on me! So, between the two responsible parties, no one has ownership and I'm stuck with $3,528.44 worth of flooring I never authorized. Got new floors,Nickles put in lineoleum,didn't prep the floors well enough ,and use enough level or,I have bumps and seam lines showing from underneath,and the one place you don't want a seam ,in front of my shower and toilet,that's where they put it .reached out over a year ago,this is all I got ..I'm thinking if the floor was too rough,you are the professional,why did you go ahead and lay the lineoleum over it,instead of having the issues fixed...I am not happy with this

Beautiful products! Good quality. We had our floors done and were so pleased with the attention to detail. Bruce and Debra are extremely knowledgeable about what they do. They stay up to date on products and do so much more than just install flooring. We WILL return for our next project!
