Not impressed at all with this company. First scheduled repair was cancelled the morning of the repair. The second scheduled appointment, they just didn’t show up. No notification at all that they weren’t coming. When the repairmen finally showed up to replace the heat pump of my washer/dryer combo, they left the old heat pump, which was large and heavy, on my front porch. They also did not balance my machine before leaving. It was so out of balance, it nearly walked out of the laundry room. Very poor customer service.

Randy is great! He got right to the heart of the issue. It was a quick fix which of course nobody knows what that's going to be. He has been here before and I trust him and I was happy to have somebody I knew coming back into my home.

As usual, my technician was awesome and extremely helpful! And did I mention, all business till after the job was done!! I really, really like this technician !!!
