Great company & I 100% recommend to hire them. The lead tech Garrett was knowledgeable, professional & went above and beyond cleaning up their mess. The help Payton was also professional & did a great job. This is the only fireplace company I will call from now on. There's no need to call another.

The whole experience was amazing from Chris coming out to do our initial inspection to Quinton doing the tear down and Andrew the rebuild and crown. They made that much of a positive impression I actually remembered all their names! Seriously, the work looks fantastic I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone was very pleasant and professional with a job well done.

Seriously, Cesar knew his stuff… he and Quentin were the nicest, most knowledgeable trades peoples I’ve had out to my house in so long… Not only did they do a superior job, but they answered my endless questions at every step of the process, and left my house cleaner than it was when they got there. If you are on the fence about using this company… Don’t be. I am very particular, and Cesar and Quentin went above and beyond!

We had the pleasure of working with Austin, Chris, and Mohammed. Let me tell you these guys are good! Austin came out first to clean and inspect. He took the time to explain to myself, and then my husband when he got home, everything he did and the issues we had with the chimney. He had pictures and explained everything so that we could understand. Next Chris and Mohammed came out to do the repairs on the chimney. They did a great job! My husband and I had to work that day so my parents stayed at the house to let them in. Got a call from my dad that the “fireplace guys are awesome!” They felt like old friends and took the time to talk with and explain to my parents what was happening every step of the way. Update: Since it has been cold we have been enjoying our AMAZING new wood stove! It heats our house even though our house is very choppy. We are still so happy with the installation and the wonderful team at Ozark Stove and Chimney! We just had our new wood burning stove installed on Thursday July 6, 2023. The installers,Josh and Kevin, were absolutely wonderful! They were professional and kind. They were respectful of closing the door when they came in and out, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure they kept the stove covered while doing the work so it wouldn't get scratches or dirty, and answered all of my questions. I have never had a wood burning stove before and Josh went over everything we needed to know. Josh and Kevin put it exactly where I wanted it. We truly are bless
