We were dealing with water backing up from our basement floor drain whenever the washing machine drained. After using this service, the issue seems to be resolved—but the experience left us questioning whether it was worth the cost. While the technicians were polite and appeared knowledgeable, the pricing was a major disappointment. We’ve had plumbers perform similar jetting jobs in under an hour, yet this company charged us for three hours—including drive time—despite only working at our home for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Given our past experiences, this seemed excessive. To make matters worse, the job was left unfinished initially, as the technician had to leave for another appointment. While the owner did respond promptly to my concerns and returned to ensure the work was complete

Awesome work by the crew at Nielsens plumbing. Called and they were at my house in less than an hour. Had my floor drain unclogged in maybe 20 minutes with a Jetter. Highly recommend Nielsens plumbing. How they were able to get to my house with the massive flooding in the Willmar area is beyond me. I am very impressed with the people and work. 5 stars.

Came to clean out my clogged sewer drain, and decided it was a good idea to dump all the waste in my front yard along side the driveway. I'm lucky I saw this before my dog got outside. Also left a huge mess of "waste" splattered in the basement. Do not recommend, this was very unprofessional.

$450.00 for 1 hour total time he was there. He didn’t snake it to clean pipe walls to actually move out blockage. He went directly to the $100 extra roller heat machine. It got basement to drain which lasted for 2 days was stoped up again. Called them to make it right they said I would have to pay $350.00 more for them to just look again. This is the worst business of any business ever.

Drain backed up again 4 days after they were here. Ended up having to call a different plumber to actually unclog the drain. (Willmar and plumbing and heating, 5 stars for them)
