I went to this company because it had good reviews. Alas. To be specific, (1) the tilesetter Brian worked so few hours - maybe four on a good day and didn't show up other days, extending a patio tile job that should have taken about three weeks out from May 6 to June 24; (2) then on June 24 he abandoned the job being two thirds done saying he would be back in a month or two after he finished another job;(3) after complaints and an ultimatum where we considered terminating the contract and hiring someone else, a work crew arrived a month later on July 25 only to find that the bullnose tile was not sufficient, so nothing was done. Work resumed the first week of August by someone else who worked full days and got it done in eight days; (4)we were left with 21 boxes of unused tile - 30% more

We were looking for a good showroom of tile and found Niemann's American Flooring. Our sales consultant was Beth Dailey. She was very accommodating. She let us take samples home to view in our remodel job. She had plenty of knowledge and helped us with the tile and grout. It turned out just as my wife had envisioned. Thanks Beth!

We had a an amazing experience!! Beth was amazing we gave her our ideas for our home which was a big project and she gave us the best results based off of what we wanted and she was able to deliver!! Zack and the installation team were outstanding. They just didn’t do their job and install the floor they gave us options and ideas. They wanted our input before they moved on to the next room. Hard working and great customer service!! After visiting more than 10 stores this was the place for us!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Niemann's flooring to help my mother replace the flooring in her home. I cannot recommend them enough! She needed both carpet and laminate, and Niemann's had an impressive selection of both, to the point it was a bit overwhelming.
