NJ Parking - 135 Greene Street

Parked here using spot hero. Kept my printed ticket on top of the QR code already on spot hero. I left way before my reservation ended, the time was around 3am. I got to the exit and the machine would scan both my ticket and QR code, return a host message, but the gate wouldnt open. Pressed on the assistance button and waited about 15 minutes for the first person to be at the line. They told us we were at the wrong exit when there was only two possible exits and we tried both, so the person was of no help. After another 30 minutes, a second person responded to the line and managed to help us finally get out. If you're trying to go to the city or something via path, just try your best to get into 10 Exchange, never had problems there.

Did not accept a coupon because it had to be printed, even though it didn't say that in their website. I ended up paying double that I was supposed to.

They didn't want to accept their own coupon from their website. The coupon doesn't say that it has to be printed.

Only accept printed coupon. Staff was rude.
